Your initial contact with SheBa Publication will be through the respective Publishing Editor for your subject area.

What we're looking for from you:

An electronic and a hard copy of the manuscript will have to be provided by the Author. The hard copy must be identical to the electronic copy. Before you save it on your disk, please ensure that you print the hard copy from the computer file.

  • For a paper copy, the manuscript will be printed on one side of the A4 (US or European).
Guideline for manuscript preparation:

Your manuscript should include the followings:

  • Times Roman for all text and tables is preferable. By using this font throughout the manuscript will reduce problems at typesetting, especially with tables.
  • Typing instructions:
    • Distinguish the letter 1 from the digit 1
    • For indents tabs are preferable, not space
    • Headings and titles should be displayed consistently
    • Double space between all manuscript lines is preferable; single spacing is only acceptable on tables.
  • References: References should follow the standard of the APA (American Psychological Association). References should be indicated by giving (in parentheses) the Name of the Author followed by the date of the paper or book; or the date in parentheses, as suggested by Fletching (1975).
For Books: Zeleny, M. (1982). Multiple Criteria Decision Making. New York: McGraw-Hill.
  • Tables and figures: Each table or figure should be started on a separate page. In the text, indicate the approximate position of each table with a clear text break. All figures and tables should be numbered in sequence ( e.g., table 1, figure 1).
  • Graphics and illustrations: These should be sent on a separate diskette or other media format. For all artwork, graphs and figures Camera Ready Copy should be provided as well as submitting artwork electronically.
  • Permission to reprint: If you use material from a copyrighted work (e.g., tables, figures or an extract from a book that exceeds 400 words), you will need written permission from the copyright holder (mostly the publisher) to use this material. It is the responsibility of the Author to get permission for the reprint. A copy of the manuscript must accompany permission.
