Role
An editor will closely be engaged with all of the publishing staff to assure the strategical development is in the queue with the market evolution.
Your role is to affirm us to keep up and develop our profile and reputation. You should ensure that our objectives and scopes are aligned with any changes in any respective fields to keep pace with the newly developed works.
You should be responsible for providing SheBa Pubs with high-quality manuscripts, and quality should also be maintained with the publishing schedule.
The editorial board should be involved formally through an annual editorial board meeting.
